"Final Fantasy XV" mania spreads even further as the game is officially released internationally. Players worldwide have patiently waited for this game after its many delays and production problems. Sony sees another opportunity to attract fans of the game by introducing its limited edition Final Fantasy crossover products. Fans have recently witnessed a product collaboration from Audi and "Final Fantasy" here, which is called the Audi R8 Star of Lucis.
"Final Fantasy XV" A-series Walkman
Sony starts off by etching its A-series Walkman model with the XV logo. Pixel-art versions of the game's main protagonists Noctis, Prompto, Ignis and Gladiolus adorn the back panel of the device. The music player comes in a charcoal black color and features different icon colors than the regular version. It lands with two versions, a 16GB variant with model number A35HN-NW/FF and a 32GB version tagged as model number A36HN-NW/FF. iTechPost reports their respective prices at $300 and $350 for each variant. The music player holds a 3.1-inch 800 x 480 TFT capacitive-touch screen, while its audio department introduces Hi-Res audio enhancement to handle most music formats. Additionally, the player also packs a pair of active noise-cancelling in-ear headphones, while NFC and Bluetooth connectivity handle its wireless aspect.
"Final Fantasy XV" MDR-100A headphones
This charcoal black variant of Sony's h.ear on headphones sport an XV logo on the outer side of each speaker. The company claims that the product's 40mm drivers are designed to support their Hi-Res audio enhancement technology. The headphones include a carrying pouch and feature a removable audio cable. Fans who are interested to grab it, need to shell out an estimated $220 for the pair.
"Final Fantasy XV" SRS-HG1 Bluetooth speakers
A "Final Fantasy XV" logo and a silhouette of the game's four protagonists adorn the top side of this Bluetooth speaker. Sony takes their h.ear go wireless speaker and decorates it with "Final Fantasy" liveries. This $260 Bluetooth 4.2 speaker sports an NFC chip for touch-pairing with compatible devices. Moreover, it relies on its ClearAudio+ and DSEE-HX audio enhancement to improve its audio output.
