'Pokémon GO' Ditto is slated to make once-avid gamers return to the game. Apparently, the water-type creature features an ugly duckling that turns into a beautiful swan story. Moreover, 'Pokémon GO' Ditto reportedly sports the power to heal.
'Pokémon GO' Ditto is said to mimic any Pokémon creature that it sees. Hence, it is said to be a tricky feat to catch 'Pokémon' GO Ditto who may be hiding in plain sight, mimicking another monster in 'Pokémon GO.' However, with the recent Thanksgiving event by Niantic, more players have noted that 'Pokémon GO' Ditto can now be found in the wild. Additionally, the event also gives out more Stardust and double XP even for Lucky Egg winners.
In the meantime, 'Pokémon GO' Ditto may not easily be viewed on the world map, The Guardian reported. Apparently, that overview screen where players get to see which Pokémon are around them will not reveal Ditto. Hence, 'Pokémon GO' trainers are expected to catch many other scrub Pokémon like Rattata and Pidgey before even getting the real Ditto.
Once caught, 'Pokémon GO' Ditto will show its true form. Bringing ditto to the Pokégym will also cause it to transform itself into the first Pokémon it will fight. Note that Ditto can copy another Pokémon CP, moves and all other abilities. When battling with another Ditto, the two will just blob at each other with a basic attack.
In other news, while the 'Pokémon GO' is largely on Android and iOS phones, the 'Pokémon Sun and Moon' is reportedly topping Game Sales at GameStop. Apparently, the same quarterly financial earnings report revealed a low start for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. On the other hand, 'Pokémon Sun and Moon' also broke records in Nintendo history with the most number of pre-ordered games, Game Rant reported.
The 'Pokémon GO' craze may have another competition as the recently released 'Pokémon Sun and Moon' are the top selling games this year. Apparently, GameStop may opt to choose Nintendo games more.
