"Prison Break" Season 5 is finally back after a decade of dormancy, and is expected to air in Fox TV next year in spring. Now, new reports are claiming that Lincoln Burrows will be seriously injured, and might be leaving the show. Furthermore, showrunner Paul Scheuring has announced that season 5 will conclude the series.
Spoiler scenes released online reveals Lincoln and Michael reunited after long years of separation. It turned out that Michael is currently a prisoner in Yemen, and the big brother Lincoln works with Sara to break him out. "Prison Break" Season 5 will reveal the emotional reunion of the brothers.
According to Gamenguide, Michael and Lincoln will be facing one of the dangerous terrorist groups, the ISIS. Rumors are rife that Michael Scofield has been a target for both ISIS and the Yemeni Government. In "Prison Break" Season 5, as the brothers try to escape Yemen, Lincoln became seriously injured.

There are four story boards that shows Lincoln got injured in "Prison Break" Season 5 as reported by iDigitalTimes. With this report comes rumors that Dominic Purcell may be leaving the series earlier than expected. It is said that production team is just following the original script, in which Lincoln got seriously hurt. However, fans will have to see whether Dominic will leave the series or not.
Rumors are rife that showrunner Paul Scheuring has originally revived the series to provide the viewers the closure for the many unresolved issues of "Prison Break" when it ended in 2008. "Prison Break" Season 5 will bring answers to every issue Michael, Sarah, Lincoln, and the rest of the characters have faced. However, Scheuring has not yet released any statement.
