Two "Pokemon" games have taken the world by storm this 2016, the first being "Pokemon GO" that made people get out of their seats in July, and now, "Pokemon Sun and Moon." The latter was released by Game Freak on Nintendo 3DS last week, and it's got gamers trying to "catch 'em all" all over again. Now, let's talk about how to use QR code and get rare Pokemon in the game so gamers can become Alola's champion.
According to Digital Spy, "Pokemon Sun and Moon" makes use of a QR code to obtain Pokemon from ther games via a QR Scanner. Each lovable and collectible Pokemon creature has a unique QR code that must be scanned so you can store them in your Pokedex. Once you have them in your Pokedex, you can now see where in Alola the specific Pokemon will spawn. This is just one of the preliminary steps to become Alola's champion.
"Pokemon Sun and Moon" gamers must keep scanning QR codes because for every 10 codes you can, you will be able to use the Island Scan feature. This exciting feature finds and spawns rare Pokemon that can't be found without the Island Scan feature. That's how you get rare Pokemon to become Alola's champion Pokemon collector.
In order to get rare Pokemon in "Pokemon Sun and Moon," you'll have to learn how to use the QR code. If you're hunting for the Mythical Magearna, you'll also have to keep on scanning those QR codes. The Pokemon Company has a special QR code for Magearna, which can be scanned into the game. To find Magearna, head over to the antique shop in Hau'oli City shopping mall and go on a search for Magearna's QR code and ultimately become Alola's Champion.
According to VG24/7, Hau'oli outskirts is the hub for wild Pokemon encounters, including Alolan Rattata, Slowpoke, Wingull, and Yungoos. Watch out for those when traversing the Hau'oli outskirts on your journey to become Alola's champion. Meanwhile, make sure to visit Pokemon.com on December 5 to find the QR code that will unlock Magearna. You're well on your way to becoming Alola's champion.
