The ever-growing cast of "Sherlock" will once again have a new member in Season 4, and this time, it's Baby Watson. The duo detective will once again venture into new adventures IN "Sherlock" Season 4, but how will they go about when John Watson already has a baby?

"Sherlock" Season 4 will once again mark the return of Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman as the titular detective Sherlock Holmes and his partner in solving crimes, Dr. John Watson, respectively. Watson, being married to Mary (Amanda Abbington), decides to start a family of his own. Fast forward to "Sherlock" Season 4, and the two already have a baby, complete with a protesting Sherlock.
As per tradition, "Sherlock" Season 4 will once again three episodes with feature length duration times. Toby Jones is set to play Culverton Smith, the new villain of the show. For fans of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's "The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes," Smith is a character in "The Adventure of the Dying Detective."
The "Sherlock" Season 4 show creators and producers have previously confirmed that Smith is seemingly the darkest villain to every set foot in the "Sherlock" series, to the extent that he is described as the purest evil. With the atrocity of his character, Sherlock, Watson, and everyone close to them could easily get into danger. While there have not been plenty of details about the events surrounding the villain, the famous detective will surely face a lot of tough decisions to protect his loved ones.
Season 5 Scheduling Woes
With the prodigious success that the "Sherlock" franchise has amassed over its run, both the fans and the production team have been looking forward for the fifth, and possibly final, season. While it has already been confirmed that Cumberbatch will return for "Sherlock" Season 4, shooting the show is getting quite hard due to the star's very hectic schedule. Also, other cast and crew are also tied up with their respective commitments.
"Sherlock" Season 4 will be airing on January 1 at the US and the UK. The first episode will be titled "The Six Thatchers."
