Finally, the poster teaser of the movie "Alien: Covenant" has been released just this Thursday. And not just that, the premiere of "Prometheus" sequel was moved three months earlier than its original schedule.
In the released poster of the 20th Century Fox, you can only see a deadly alien in a black background with a caption, "Run!" This suggests that fans and viewers should ready to scream and shout as the Prometheus's sequel, "Alien: Covenant" is going to be much disturbing and scary.
According to CNet, the story will develop when the crew of the colony ship "Covenant" discovers what they think is an unexplored paradise. But it is actually a dangerous place who's occupied by the only inhabitant David, a survivor of the doomed Prometheus journey. Android David will still be played by actor Michael Fassbender.

Aside from the returning actor Fassbender, the upcoming movie will still feature Noomi Rapace as Dr. Elizabeth Shaw from the 2012 prequel "Prometheus". Other casts of the "Alien" movie will include newcomers such as Billy Crupud, Danny McBride, Katherine Waterson, and Carmen Ejogo.
In an interview of Collider to Michael Fassbender, he teased that the movie sequel "Alien: Covenant" will be much creepier than "Prometheus". In a statement he said, "It's kind of got more of thriller, imminent disaster feel that Alien had, so it's kind of a beautiful meeting of both of those films. I'm really excited to see it, I think it's gonna be super scary number one and then again with the massive scope of Prometheus."
Meanwhile, the release of the movie has been moved from August 4, 2017 to May 19 as revealed in the first teaser poster.
