The title for "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 11 hints at a big twist in the plot story. There is a big chance that Captain Cold returns in this episode but as a traitor.
Series creator Marc Guggenheim shared the title for "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 11 on his Twitter. He revealed that it is called "Turncoat."
Now, "Turncoat" simply refers to a person who deflects from those of his kind. In the case of "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2, it refers to a member who betrays his team to join the opposing team.

Any of the remaining Legends could be a traitor. However, the common assumption is that Wentworth Miller's Captain Cold returns in "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 11. Leonard Snart reunites with his former team only to come out as a traitor.
Captain Cold's comicbook arc supports this assumption. In the DC comics, Snart is one of the supervillains. He leads a group of criminals called the Rogues. He is a member of the "Legion of Doom," a group that comprises of Malcolm Merlyn, the Reverse-Flash, and Damien Darhk. Followers of "Legends of Tomorrow," "The Flash," and "Arrow" by now know that these men are villains.
Moreover, The CW already confirmed that Captain Cold returns from the dead in "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2. Wentworth Miller will reprise his character in the midseason finale. Based on the production date for "Turncoat," it is easy to see that this is likely the midseason finale episode.
However, there is also the possibility that "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 11 will reveal Heatwave as the "Turncoat." Perhaps Captain Cold cameos only in another timeline. Dominic Purcell's Heatwave has since been open to his team about his dark past. He even told Vixen in Episode 6 that he cannot be trusted.
