"Quantico" season 2 episodes 8, carries the title "Odenvy" will feature Alex forcing to stop a biological weapon before it's too late. It will also feature a shocking betrayal from one of her trusted accompanies. For the moment, show runner Josh Safran revealed that the series will divert its focus from the terrorism following the recent US election results.
The abstract for the episode "Odenvy" was posted in Cartermatt stating, "At the farm, Lydia (Tracy Ifeachor) and Owen (Blair Underwood) teach the people about necessity of lying and stopping relationships. Perfect timing for Alex (Priyanka Chopra), since she is feeling disconnected from Ryan (Jake McLaughlin) personally and professionally. In the future, Alex and company attempt to destroy the biological weapon."
The incoming episode "Odenvy" of "Quantico" will also feature a shocking betrayal as teased by the episode 8 promo. Alex decided to invest her trust on Dayana (Pearl Thusi), Harry (Russell Tovey), Leon (Aaron Diaz) and Sebastian (David Lim) but one of them maybe out to betray her.
During past interview with Entertainment Weekly, show runner Josh Safran confessed that the series were transfer dramatically from its terrorism-centered theme in future episodes chasing the result of US elections. "We always had a plan to transition away from terrorism this midseason, because we ourselves were feeling like we didn't want to put that out into the world anymore," Josh Added
The American drama thriller series "Quantico" walks into two linear timelines. One follows Alex during a scenario when she was a young recruit for the FBI and CIA; and the other in the upcoming days, when terrorists attack New York City.
Josh Safran quoted, "In a time of next-to-no hope it is important to reflect optimism. We are planning that anyway, but we're making sure to push that even harder." He justified that the plot will shift its focus on Claire Haas' (Maria Cross) transition into the new president of the United States.
