Sony in its recent Livestream event in New York displayed some games that will have new PS4 Pro. Some popular games will receive PS4 Pro while some other will not. Games like "Destiny", "The Witcher3: Wild Hunt" and "Until Dawn" will not receive a PS4 Pro patch. There are more than 24 games which will get the patch.
Players are excited about PS 4 Pro games as it gives 4k resolution and runs the game at a much smoother pace, the game receives super sampling anti-aliasing, dynamic reflections, improved rendering quality and consistent 60 FPS. Moreover, other graphical elements of the game are enhanced with PS4 Pro.
"Assassin's Creed: Syndicate", "Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection", "Battlezone, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered", "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided", "The Elder Scrolls Online", "Fallout 4", "Gran Turismo Sport", "Hitman", "Horizon: Zero Dawn, Infamous: Second Son", "Killing Floor 2", "The Last of Us Remastered", "Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor", "NBA 2K17", "Noah", "Paragon", "Ratchet & Clank", "Rez Infinite", "Rise of the Tomb Raider", "Thumper", "Titanfall 2", "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End", "Viking Squad" and "The Witness and World of Tanks" are confirmed to get a PS4 Pro Patch, as per Gamespot.
Some PS4 Pro games have confirmed details. "Battlefield 1", "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3", "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare", "Days Gone, Dishonored 2", "Farpoint (PlayStation VR)", "FIFA 17", "Final Fantasy XV", "For Honor", "Spider-Man", "Titanfall 2", "Helldivers" and "Viking Squad" are some of the games which do not have confirmed details.
"Destiny" might have PS4 Pro patch later. On the other hand, "The Witcher3: Wild Hunt" CD Projekt Red said that the makers want to completely focus on "Cyberpunk 2077" and "Gwent". Projekt Red further added that converting The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt from a full HD to 4k will be a resource-consuming process and so they have decided against getting a PS4 Pro patch.
