It has been some months now since CW has announced that TV series "The 100" has been renewed for a fourth season. And fans have been clamoring for information of what is in store for them when the new season starts. According to Den Of geek, those who are expected to return for "The 100" Season 4 are Eliza Taylor, Bob Morley, Devon Bostick, Christopher Larkin, Isiah Washington, Henry Ian Cusick, Paige Turco, Marie, Avgeropoulos, Lindsey Morgan, and Richard Harmon.
A new character will be introduced
According to Deadline, an insider has said that actor Chai Romruen is set to do a role in "The 100" Season 4. He is going to play a guy named Ilan, A Grounder who is disturbed by the atrocities he did while he was under Alie's influence. Jason Rothenberg has teased that fans are going to be happy because they are going to introduce some new characters that fans would just love. Chai Romruen's Ilan figures to ba one of the said characters.
A greater enemy emerges, and it may be too hard to overcome
The story of "The 100" Season 4 will pick up directly from what transpired in Season 3. Rothenberg has teased that Season 4 will be an environmental disaster story. According to him Christopher Larkin the new enemy might be harder to overcome, this is what he had to say, "We had a faceless enemy before in ALIE. Defeated her. But now there's an even greater faceless enemy. Nuclear war: Part 2. Radiation leaking and destroying the planet again." So there it is, an enemy that threatens to annihilate the crew. "The 100" Season 4 is slated for a release in the first quarter of 2017.
