2K Sports has rolled out patch 1.06 to address certain bug issues for "NBA 2K17". Apparently, there have been glitches to the recently released installment which includes animations and other game-related issues.
Looking over the "NBA 2K17" patch notes (via the Game Informer), one of the fixes involves the pass icons which were not appearing for some players on the PS4 Pro. There is also the problem tied up to dribbling animation where wrong moves would result when queued up and then attempting to make a drive to the basket.
Aside from the animations for "NBA 2K17", the patch also carries a fix addressing offensive sets affecting plays that players want to execute. Uncanny speed bursts that some players could do have also been fixed, something that occurs when performing a specific combo.
A fix for game mores on "NBA 2K17" has reportedly been addressed as well. This covers the MyGM/MyLeague and MyPark modes which included game hanging in certain instances. An example is when the MyGM/MyLeague mode is filled with Classic and Euroleague teams.
MyCareer mode also gets a fix on this latest "NBA 2K17" patch, addressing an infinite simulation screen when MyPlayer retired after completing his 20-year tenure, Game Spot reported. There are apparently plenty of issues tied up to "NBA 2K17" though most are categorized as minor. A full list of the tweaks can be found over at 2K Sports official Facebook page.
The "NBA 2K17" patch 1.06 is available for the PS4, Xbox One and the PC where most of the fixes were requested by gamers. The patch is about 7.4 GB for the PS4, 2.6 GB on the Xbox One and 139.5 MB for the PC version. The patches are expected to work smoothly with current game modes unless prompted or specified.
With so much ground to cover, it will be interesting if 2K Sports missed out on any glitches for NBA 2K17. Stay tuned for more updates.
