Offering the best experience for the clients, OnePlus 3 has been raised into a more effective smartphone with the new OnePlus 3T launched last Nov. 15, 2016.
OnePlus 3 became the best mid-priced phone in 2016 but when OnePlus 3T came along, things got even better. Compared to the old one, the new OnePlus has two different colors and modified models: 64 GB and 128 GB. They are more expensive than the OnePlus 3 as Soft Gold 64 GB model which will be available on Nov. 22 will sell for $439 while the 128GB Gunmetal model will be around $479.
So why it was named OnePlus 3T? OnePlus co-founder Carl Pie explained in that it is because the 'T' is one more than 'S', slightly relating to Apple's signature 'S' in its iPhone brands. Through this, we can expect more for their new release of the OnePlus 3T.
It was only five months ago when OnePlus 3 launched and has been upgraded into OnePlus 3T which is really surprising. But as what Pei said in his interview last week launched event, they always wanted to make the best products possible. "We have been making updates to the software experience on a regular basis, but you can only take software updates so far. Our team has also made important hardware improvements, and we didn't want to wait for another full cycle to bring them to our fans," the CEO added.
OnePlus3T features and specs make it stand out from the competition. The excellent smartphone has a bigger battery that expands up to 3,400mAh and can last an average of 16 to 56 hours. It has a USB (2.0) Type-C port at the bottom of the device, between speaker and mini-jack. The phone measures 152.7 x 74.7 x 7.35 mm. A Full-HD screen with 1920x1080 is used for display, and it runs on OxygenOS 3.5.1 which is similar to Android 6.1. OnePlust3T runs a max. clock speed of 2.35 GHz and has a chipset of Qualcomm Snapdragon 821. Finally, this powerful phone has Improved Adreno 530 graphics, 6 GB of RAM and an option for a 64 GB or 128 GB of storage.
With the new improved features of OnePlus 3T, we can really expect that this could be the best affordable smartphone we will ever have.
