News of their alleged breakup surfaced in October but a new report says that these elusive lovers are reunited. RadarOnline.com reported in October that the breakup was caused by Jamie Foxx's insistence in keeping his relationship with Katie Holmes private.
A source told Radar in October that the Grammy Award Winner Jamie Foxx, 48, was tired of the pressure being placed on him by "Batman Begins" actress Katie Holmes, 37, to go public and had asked for some space with no assurance of reconciliation. The source adds that this is particularly heartbreaking for Katie, who would have married Jamie if he were up to it.
The report by Page Six now gives the fans hope after their claims that the two are back together. Sticking to the mystery, it offered no additional info except that Katie Holmes' intimate circle is thrilled and that she and Jamie Foxx have recently been together this week.
This mystery love affair dates back to January, when Katie Holmes was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her left-hand finger. "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star, Claudia Jordan, who is also a close and long time friend of Jamie Foxx, confirmed the relationship in June stating that Jamie was happy with Katie. She quickly recanted sharing to the press that she "misspoke."
It is interesting to note that Katie Holmes signed a clause in her divorce settlement that states she cannot publicly date another man (and/or a woman for that matter) and must wait five years after the end of the marriage. This sheds light on the pressure of mystery in the relationship between her and Jamie Foxx.
