One "Clash of Clans" fan recently came up with a brand new project called the "Clash of Clans" Troop Creator. The new creation allows "Clash of Clans" players to customize their troops, which may actually be used by Supercell later on if these prove to be great additions to the strategy game.
Dabolus, the maker of Clash of Clans Troop Creator, wrote on the Supercell forum that his work is currently hosted on the same domain as the Clash Royale Card Maker. He plans to transfer it to another website at a later time. The Clash of Clans Troop Creator lets players create their own troops for the game, even if they do not have knowledge with Photoshop.

Dabolus also attached a sample image of a new troop - a Troll. "Clash of Clans" players can specify the different qualities of the troop such as the name, description, Town Hall level that it can be produced, troop property and troop stat.
"Clash of Clans" players can also upload an image of the new troop. Players, however, should not expect to see the new troop in-game. Dabolus also invited "Clash of Clans" fans to participate in the new troop creation contest.
Supercell moderator LachnessMeownster stated on the forum that they want "Clash of Clans" players to design a new troop for the game. The concept, artwork and statistics will be up to the player. The rules provide that the creation should contain artwork and must be original.
Entries will close on Nov. 21, 2016. Afterwards, Supercell moderators and staff will choose their favorites to be polled on Facebook on November 28. The "Clash of Clans" troop that garners the most likes will win. Only one entry per player is allowed.

Winners of the "Clash of Clans" Troop Creator contest will be awarded. The first place winner will receive 3000 gems, the second placer will get 2000 gems, and the third placer gets 1000 gems.
Participants should agree that their submissions may later be used by Supercell Oy and its partners for any purpose or effect. Supercell also reserves the right to change the "Clash of Clans" troop creation contest rules or disqualify contestants for inappropriate conduct, or cancel the contest without any prior warning.
