According to the latest news and update, Sanji will ask Big Mom a big favor that could eventually jeopardize his freedom. Big Mom will agree, but the conditions will not be what Luffy and Nami hoped for.

Unfortunately for Luffy and Nami, they were eventually caught by Big Mom's huge army in Cake Island. Despite sparing their lives, they are held captives in the island. Big Mom has big plans for the captives, but Sanji will make a plea to let them go.
