The absence of superstar could probably put a dent on WWE's PPV buys, as the 39-year-old wrestler is considered to be one of the entertainment company's biggest draws. Nonetheless, the five-time US champion expressed his feelings through Twitter.

Fans Will Miss John Cena Heading to Sunday's PPV Event In Toronto
Cena is widely regarded as one of WWE's most beloved icons and has garnered a huge following over the years. Years ago, fans would have gone into a frenzy knowing that Cena would not be able to compete for a WWE PPV event. However, the entertainment company has certainly managed to cope with the absence with their upgraded roster of wrestlers.
Fans have since flocked to Twitter to support John Cena and encourage him to return to the WWE. Cena tweeted his best wishes to the participants of this year's WWE PPV event. The event is scheduled to take place in Toronto's Air Canada Center on November 20.

It is military inspired competition show that selects America's fiercest men and women as they compete in in militia-grade and survival-themed challenges. Fans of the celebrated wrestling superstar are hopeful that he'll be able to return to the ring and entertain people with his larger than life demeanor sooner than later.
