A new insight to the long running feud of today's biggest female music stars has been revealed by Andy Cohen. In his new book, the celebrity gossip expert said that Taylor Swift had sudden amnesia when asked about Katy Perry. This happened during an event where the two female superstars performed.
Taylor Swift When About Katy Perry: 'Katy Who?'
This encounter featured in Andy Cohen's new book "Superficial: More Adventures From the Andy Cohen Diaries" details how Swift responded when asked to sit beside her ex-bff Katy Perry. In the book, Cohen remembers the event at the Met Gala Ball where he overheard Swift looking for a place to watch Lady Gaga perform.
According to Billboard, the "Watch What Happens Live" host approached Swift and accidently mentioned the name of Katy Perry in the middle of the conversation. Cohen said Swift immediately replied "Katy Who?" The host recalls that he told Swift that her friend Katy was sitting in the corner with no one around her.
It was no secret that Swift's 2014 anthem "Bad Blood" was about Perry, although the speculations were never confirmed. In an interview on Rolling Stone, Swift talked about an unnamed female artist who did something horrible to her. This was followed by a seemingly odd response from Perry. The :California Girls" singer tweeted then to her followers to "Watch out for the Regina George in sheep's clothing."
Andy Cohen: I Turned Around After Saying Something Moronic To Taylor Swift
The eccentric host turned around after the saying something that was clearly inappropriate at the moment. Cohen now believes that Taylor Swift thinks he is a d*ck, noting that he was just sticking his nose where it did not belong. The two female superstars still have not commented on the issue and both are still believed to be engaged in the celebrity feud.
