Brooke Mueller Hospitalized & Separated From Kids After Allegedly Going Inside A Bar With Her Twins

Brooke Mueller has been hospitalized after reported missing earlier with her two kids Max and Bob. It was just recently that they were found by the police.

USA Today reported the The Salt Lake City Police Department in Utah became involved in the separation of Brooke Mueller form her two 7 years old kids Max and Bob on Wednesday. The Police released a statement through the department of public safety in Utah saying that a woman who claimed to been the twins grandmother called the police for assistance. The Salt Lake City Police tracked Mueller’s car down on the highway in a welfare check and sent her to a local hospital.

"On the morning of November 16, dispatchers with the Utah Department of Public Safety received a welfare check call from a woman claiming to be the mother of Brooke Mueller. Troopers with the Utah Highway Patrol responded to the welfare check call and located Mueller, her two children and a nanny on Interstate 15 near Nephi, Utah.” According to the statement the children are safe and have been released to their family.

Eyewitnesses told Entertainment Online News that a nanny was present with them and that the two women got into an altercation before the local authorities was called. However, Brooke Mueller left the scene with the nanny and her children before the officials arrived.

Brooke Mueller and her ex-husband Charlie Sheen were together from 2008-2011 and since then Mueller has been in battles with drug abuse and run-ins with the law. Three years ago the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services removed the twins from Mueller’s care and placed them under the care of Denise Richard’s. Charlie Sheen told TMZ earlier today "I'm just trying to get my kids home safe. I have no other details that relates to the ongoing event."

An anonymous source told People earlier this year that the 39 years old Mueller checked herself into rehab and this was not the first time that Mueller had sought help. Mueller checked herself into a “long-term, in-patient treatment center” following an arrest for alleged cocaine possession and assault.
