Earlier this week, "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" Special Edition 1.2 update was launched on Play station 4 and PC platforms. Recently, the game was also made available on Xbox One.
Bethesda Studios' Twitter account announced and confirmed the "Skyrim" Special Edition 1.2 update's availability on Xbox One. The patch notes may not be long, however, they intend to fix many aspects that would include its stability, the performance, the various issues, and the crashing.
Moreover, users of "Skyrim" Special Edition 1.2 would now be able to transform from werewolf to human and change load order of mods without having to experience crashing again. There also have been general fixes on the bugs and enhancements to the browsing experience of the users.
The patch notes on the update of "Skyrim" Special Edition 1.2 include general stability and enhanced performance. It also fixed the issue of using the alt-tab whenever the gamer is playing on PC. Additionally, the issue about the flow of water not functioning properly is already fixed, as well as the crash in the transition from werewolf to human. There will be no more crash in reloading after the load order of mods have changed. Developers have fixed bugs generally and added enhancements in browsing.
According to the developer's notes, it doesn't look like the "Skyrim" Special Edition 1.2 update dealt with the certain crashes. These crashes are also reportedly caused by the previous updates on different platforms.
Bethesda said that the crashes are being investigated; however, users have not heard about any fix or workarounds mentioned. Another issue of the "Skyrim" Special Edition 1.2 suffered from the compression of audio which was supposed to be fixed in the previous patch.
In relation to the news, this week, the "Fallout 4" mods with update 1.8 will be coming to play station 4. Unfortunately, there is still no word on the release of "Skyrim" Special Edition 1.2 mods.
