Tom Clancy’s ‘The Division’ Survival DLC Release Date, News & Update: New Expansion Comes November 22 in PC & Xbox One Only?

The upcoming Tom Clancy's "The Division" Survival DLC (Downloadable Content) will live up to its title and will bring great challenges to players. In the Survival DLC, players need to reach the end point if they can manage to survive the extreme hunger, thirst, cold and disease that plagued New York City.

According to Windows Report, the Survival DLC patch for Tom Clancy's "The Division" will be released on November 22. After being on the PTS (Public Test Servers) for a while, the survival DLC will give players an experience of a 2-hour quest. The quest will require 24 players. Players will die struggle to make their way to the center if the map called the Dark Zone to live and complete the quest.

It might be the strategy of the developers to release Tom Clancy's "The Division" latest Survival DLC just in time for Thanksgiving. The most awaited patch will be released on Xbox One and Windows PC first, and then the PlayStation 4 availability might come around Christmas.

Some of the highlights of the upcoming Tom Clancy's "The Division" Survival DLC includes new name weapons, gear sets, new World Tier and some big changes in the Enemy Armor Damage. Reports also claim that the Enemy Armor Damage is now available in PVP and it has become a Major bonus. For all types of weapon, hip fire now recoils stronger compared to aiming down sights.

In addition, the developer has also introduced the Survival game mode in Tom Clancy's "The Division" and announced that the Survival DLC is required to run the game mode. There will be two Survival game modes: the PvP mode which will give 20 percent additional points to the player's final Survival score and the PvE mode, where players can gather in an area and help out each other's but not kill them.
