For example, Dragon Claw, Hyper Beam, Earthquake and Blizzard (TM 02, 15, 26 and14) are located in Poni Island, Psyshock (TM 03) in Ula'ula Island, Hail (TM 07) at the Battle Royal Dome Pokemon Center in Akala Island, and Hidden Power (TM 10) as a gift in the Day Care Center in Paniola Ranch, according to Lazy Gamer.
