In the latest trailer released, the journalist Lana Winters will be conducting an interview with the sole survivor of the show "Return to Roanoke: Three Days in Hell", Lee Harris played by "The 100" Adina Porter.
The "American Horror Story: Roanoke" finale will begin after a time jump where Lee is in trial for the murder that occurred in the Roanoke house. There are still no details on what Lee will be facing in court, but it's likely that authorities might discover the video of her confessing killing her ex-husband to gain custody of her daughter.
It was announced during Halloween by showrunner Ryan Murphy that Paulson will be back as Lana Winters in the "American Horror Story: Roanoke" finale. MTV reported that Lana Winters will be interviewing Lee Harris in a live television special concerning her horrific experience in the Roanoke House.

Sarah Paulson also played the British actress, Audrey Tindal in the "American Horror Story: Roanoke" where she almost survived in the ninth episode of the season. AHS fans are also wondering when Lady Gaga will make an appearance again.
Lady Gaga played the re-enactment actress of the supreme witch Scathach. The "Perfect Illusion" singer's actress counterpart in the "American Horror Story: Roanoke" was never mentioned in the big twist reveal of episode 6.
