Niantic is trying its best to bring "Pokemon GO" players their most requested features. Several "Pokemon GO" players are very excited for the Gen 2 patch of the game. Rumors claim that the arrival of Gen 2 Pokemon is this coming December.
Recent reports claim that Niantic is releasing several exciting features together to lure back players who have stopped playing "Pokemon GO." According to Express, the Gen 2 Pokemon might be ready and just waiting for the game's next update. The recent patch in "Pokemon GO" contains codes of different Gen 2 Pokemon name including the move "Transform," which might be used by the shape shifting Pokemon Ditto.
Recently, Niantic released a Lapras Event in Japan where Players can easily catch Lapras near its coastal areas. Some rumors claim that Niantic is planning to expand this "Pokemon GO" event worldwide. Some also say that there might be other selected areas that will be increased in rare Pokemon spawns. Even though Niantic hasn't confirmed this rumor yet, several players are hoping that it would come soon because catching rare Pokemons in "Pokemon GO" is very hard.
According to a report from Otakukart, Niantic has already confirmed that the 3D models that would come to "Pokemon GO" soon are actually reused 3D models from previous Pokemon games, Pokemon X and Y. report says that these models are being prepared for the fans to have their first look as early as now.
The leaked 3D models are for Cyndaquil, Totodile and Chikorita with their respective evolutions Bayleef to Meganium, Quilava to Typhlosion and Croconaw to Feraligatr respectively. Aside from the leaked 3D models, max CP charts for the mentioned Pokemon to arrive in "Pokemon GO" are also provided.
Based on the chart, Chikorita, Bayleef and Meganium is expected to have 1024, 1554, 2484 CP. Cyndaquil, Quilava and Typhlosion will have 955, 1557 and 2602 CP and Lastly, Totodile, Croconaw and Feraligatr will have 1066, 1651 and 2678 CP.
