The documentary filmmaker Michael Moore says Donald Trump won't last 4 years as President of the United States, and he explains why. "We're not going to suffer through four years of Donald J. Trump because he has no ideology, except the ideology of Donald J. Trump... he will, maybe unintentionally, break laws," Moore told co-hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" Friday morning, as noted on The Wrap.
Donald Trump Presidency Met With Opposing Emotions
As the final US Election 2016 outcome spilled in, the result which devastated and even horrified millions of Americans and even non-Americans was met by hundreds of thousands of protestors in and out of America. This only signified Michael Moore's prediction.
President-elect Donald Trump faces his highest expectations on the issue of immigration. This is given his unrelenting concentration on attention-grabbing political campaign proposals, like pressuring Mexico to pay for a border wall. He also wants to temporarily forbid Muslims from entering the United States.
Michael Moore Joins Protests Against Donald Trump's Win
Michael Moore took part in a whopping anti-Trump protest in Manhattan last Wednesday and exhorted relentless defiance amongst anti-Trumps. According to Huffington Post, Moore said "We are going to resist, we are going to oppose," he told MSNBC. "This is going to continue, tonight and the next night and the next night. This is going to be a massive resistance."
Moore adds that it wouldn't be a surprise if President-elect Donald Trump gets up and quits. Aside from the fact that it's no fun being president, it is lonely up there. It's also hard work and comes with constant criticism. Likely, he'll detest it. He's got the attention span of a bolt of lightning and he'll break under the pressure. This week in New York City, Michael Moore has continuously called for demonstrations until Trump is out of office.
