Benedict Cumberbatch slammed the rumours about the show's ending by clarifying that he only said that "Sherlock" Season 4 might be the "last for now." Some have thought that "Sherlock" Season 4 is the end for the television series. When a television show of high calibre like "Sherlock" is reported to possibly ending anytime soon, it must really be a reasonable move to really panict.
According to Parent Herald, Benedict Cumberbatch acknowledged that it would really take quite a while for "Sherlock" to air another season after "Sherlock" Season 4. At the very least, the fans could be at ease thinking that more seasons are possibly on the works as of the moment.
