Apple might have messed up a little bit on iOs 10, especially in how threaded conversations go. Unlike Gmail or Outlook, the thread doesn't close all the old messages you have either read or ignored. This prompts users to scroll endlessly to get to the very bottom of the conversation, where the new message is. Good thing there's a way to end this predicament once and for all.
Here's how to organize threaded conversations in iOs 10: see that blue arrow along the right edge of the subject line? Tap that button to see the subject line of all the emails in a thread. Doing so will not switch the main view of your inbox. What's good is the fact that the recent message will be displayed on top.
The thing about this however is, tapping the most recent message will take you to the original email and then the endless scrolling commences. Get rid of that by reversing the order of the threaded conversations. Fix this iOs 10 problem by going to Settings, Mail, then switch on "Most Recent Message on Top." This will display incoming messages first and the previous messages will be placed at the bottom.
On the other hand, you can just disable threading. On top of "Most Recent Message on Top" is "Organize by Thread" - turn it off. This way, messages will be received separately in your iOs 10 inbox.
There are other iOs 10 hacks that you can do to make mailing easier. One is to shake your phone if you accidentally delete a message or some texts. Shaking your phone is like the CTRL + Z in iOs. You can do this in some apps as well.
