The question of how long will the fans of "The Originals" still have to wait for Season 4 still remains unanswered. The CW network has not yet made official announcements. For the mean time, the fans could talk about the casting and their predictions.
In a previous report by Parent Herald, the stars of "The Originals" Season 4 Phoebe Tonkin and Joseph Morgan will remain at least until 2019 with the series. The casting is seemingly becoming an issue since "The Vampire Diaries" has just faced cancellation.
According to Gamenguide, actor Joseph Morgan even hinted that Klaus Mikaelson, the character he portrays in "The Originals" Season 4, will be central to the plot when the series resumes. To prove that this is not mere rumour, Joseph Morgan said in one of his Instagram video posts that most of all, there will be Klaus.
Julie Plec, executive producer of "The Originals" Season 4, confirmed that the casting of "The Originals" might be affected by the cancellation of "The Vampire Diaries." She said that there will be migration of characters from "The Vampire Diaries" to "The Originals."
Say for example, executive producer Julie Plec confirmed that one character of "The Vampire Diaries" was supposed to be killed in Season 8 but was kept alive for "The Originals." This new spinoff that is happening is thrilling for both fans and the actors themselves.
The twists seem to be not ending as executive producer of "The Originals" Julie Plec also hinted that other spinoffs are possible to happen. She said, "If something originally appears to my creative brain that feels like it could work, I would absolutely to that."
Better stay tuned to Gamenguide as things are just getting more and more interesting. What is yet to unfold for "The Originals?" Julie Plec seem to have been cooking something really big for fans.
