"Teen Wolf" is set to return to the small screens with a Season 6 premiere that will feature Stiles' (Dylan O'Brien) disappearance. As a victim of the scary Ghost Riders, Scott's (Tyler Posey) best friend will be captured by the said creatures and his existence will be wiped away from the memories of his loved ones and family.
However, Lydia (Roden) will be among the first "Teen Wolf" characters to realize that someone important mysteriously vanished. Stiles' highly anticipated love confession, as shown in previously released trailers, may have also helped Lydia to remember one of her closest friends.
In an exclusive interview with Hollywood Life, Roden stated that Lydia will play an important role in "Teen Wolf" Season 6. With the MTV show's upcoming plot theme that tackles the loss of a loved one, viewers will witness several emotional scenes, according to the actress.
At this time, it is still unclear if Lydia, Scott and his pack will be able to rescue Stiles in the MTV show's upcoming final season. The mythical Ghost Riders appear to possess impressive powers that could capture a soul, make everyone forget a person and other mysterious abilities.
MTV's teaser clips for "Teen Wolf" Season 6 also hinted of other characters that were captured by the Ghost Riders. Aside from Stiles, Peter Hale (Ian Bohen) also became a prisoner, as well as several other people. Story speculations posted on TV Guide indicated that Derek (Tyler Hoechlin) may potentially be one of the captured characters.
