'Fate/stay night Movie: Heaven's Feel' Trailer & Release Date: Filmmakers Divide The Film, Is The Movie Cancelled?

"Fate/Stay Night Movie: Heaven's Feel" film is the latest production from the Fate/Stay Night franchise adaptations.  The PC game is now available on PlayStation, manga, anime and film.

The franchise and its adaptations have been a massive hit to the fans. "Fate/Stay Night" was a visual novel originally released as an adult game for PC in 2004 developed by Type-Moon. In 2006, it was adapted into a manga by Datto Nishiwaki, then a 24-episode anime series by Studio Deen. In 2010, Studio Deen also realeased a film. Between 2014 and 2015, Ufotable released two seasons of the anime series. Ufotable initially announced in 2014 that they are to produce "Fate/Stay Night Movie: Heaven's Feel" film. Fans have been excitedly waiting since.

Fate/Stay Night game has three arcs with different themes: Fate, Unlimited Blade Works and Heaven's Feel. The main theme of the visual novel is conquering oneself. The series has various arcs which highlights a certain character. The arcs were Fate, Unlimited Blade Works and Heaven's Feel.

The theme for Fate is 'oneself as an ideal' which focuses on the character Saber. Unlimited Blade Works theme is 'struggling with oneself as an ideal' which focuses on the character of Rin. The theme for Heaven's Feel is 'the friction between the real and ideal' which focuses on Sakura Matou. 

The previous anime adaptations were about the first two arcs. Heaven's Feel is the third and longest among the arcs. Fans are doubtful how the creators of the film will do justice if they squeeze all the important details into one film. Fortunately, the creators announced that the "Fate/Stay Night Movie: Heaven's Feel" will be a trilogy. The fans were more than thrilled to learn about the announcement.

Contrary to rumors, the movie isn't cancelled. Ufotable's "Fate/Stay Night Movie: Heaven's Feel" is on the works and will be directed by Tomonori Suduo. The movie will feature music composed by Yuki Kajiura. The first installment of the trilogy will be set to release in 2017.

The game had two endings; the "Normal" and "True" ending. For now, it doesn't matter which ending "Fate/Stay Night Movie: Heaven's Feel" trilogy will pursue; fans are just hoping it will be worth the wait.
