If you're a creative who no longer wants to use a MacBook Pro or an iMac after seeing Microsoft's Surface Studio, then feast your eyes on this. Microsoft has already come out with the new version of their gamechanging desktop, the Microsoft Surface Book.
The ridiculously Microsoft Surface Book is now available on their online store, or at your nearest Best Buy in the US and Canada. There are three models of the touchscreen laptop: the $2,399 base model, a midrange $2,799 model with the enhanced Performance Base, and the highest end model worth $3,299.
The first two are already available, but $3,299 model is hitting stores on November 28. There's no word yet, however, on when the Microsoft Surface Book will be available in the UK and elsewhere.
It costs a lot of money (even more than the 2016 MacBook Pro, in fact) but it looks like the Microsoft Surface Book is going to be really worth it, reports Tech Radar. The cheaper model already comes with an i7 Skylake Core CPU, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 965M with 2 gigabytes of GDDR5 RAM for its graphics card, 8 GB of RAM, and 256 GB hard drive storage. That's just the base model; the $2,799 model doubles hard drive storage to 512 GB.
The best version of the Microsoft Surface Book, the $3,299 model, takes the cake. It also packs 8 GB of RAM and the same hardware configurations, but the hard drive capacity is at a whopping 1 terabyte of storage.
The Microsoft Surface Dial, the cool new peripheral that basically serves as a sleek multitool for the Microsoft Surface Book, is also now available for preorder for only $100. The Surface Dial will arrive next month, though, on December 15; however, if demand gets higher for it, it might get delayed to 2017. Meanwhile, the Surface Studio desktop will start shipping by the end of 2016.
