‘The Sims 4: City Living’ Latest News, Gameplay & Update: New Features Generating Quite a Buzz; Diet Bug & Rabbit Hole Explained

"The Sims 4: City Living" has new updated features such as Diet Bug and Rabbit Hole and this has already created quite a stir. Interestingly, the game did not live up to the expectations of its fans but still the latest update has generated buzz showing players are still interested.

"The Sims 3" players have already been introduced to Rabbit Hole but in "The Sims 4: City Living," will see a pop-up window at every stop. The invites will be generated from an underground concert in an abandoned warehouse, a circus or a fashion district. Players get invitations based on the number of Sims he/she knows, reports iDigital Times.

"The Sims 4: City Living" expansion also features Festivals that include Food Stalls. This is where players need to be careful as a Diet Bug will make The Sims eat all the time from the food stalls, sometimes, even when they are not hungry.

While this can totally be controlled by "The Sims 4: City Living" players, one may choose to not do anything and let the Sims gain weight for fun while some may count calories and take action.

Coming back to the "The Sims 4: City Living" Rabbit Hole feature, these holes are basically hidden objects or holes when players may enter and complete their activities. Unfortunately, the game's camera does not provide a view inside the holes. Hence, there's no way to ascertain what's going on inside.

As per reports, a "The Sims 4: City Living" player receives calls during the first part of the day inviting him/her to particular events. One needs to confirm whether he is attending the event or not. Once confirmed, the timing of the event will be communicated. Depending on the nature of the event, the Sims will change into different outfits from casual to formal to elaborate.

The Sims attends the event either by walking or taking an elevator and then returns automatically once the event concludes. "The Sims 4: City Living" players will receive constant notifications informing them of what's happening at the event. The Sims may return with new moodlets.
