"Watch Dogs 2" will be released on Nov. 15, 2016 and Ubisoft has just released the open-world game's launch trailer. It is said that the game will primarily be available in PS4 and Xbox One and in PC on Nov. 29, 2016.
The trailer portrays a hacker-centric story set in San Francisco. The story is focused on Marcus Holloway who is an expert hacker and the character that players get to be in the game. Holloway (or players) will be working for Deadsec, a hacking collective.
As the journey goes on, you will uncover various corporate corruptions that will shock your senses. Before arriving in PC two weeks after it will be released in PS4 and Xbox one, Ubisoft will use the time to develop the game further in a more polished "Watch Dogs 2" to enable the gamers feel the utmost experience.
According to Gamespot, the "Watch Dogs 2" in PC will include 4k support as well as "Ultra Textures" that players can toggle in the options menu. Aside from that, the game will also feature uncapped frame rate.
Furthermore, the management of Ubisoft talked about the preorders of "Watch Dogs 2" and teased the "Assassin's Creed".
Yves Guillemot, the CEO of Ubisoft, said in an interview last week that preorders for "Watch Dogs 2" were lower than what the company wished. However the management said that the numbers of preorders are actually not that crucial as they used to be.
According to a report in PlayStation Lifestyle, Yves said, "The preorders are not as high as we thought they could be but we feel like the experience is a fantastic experience so we feel it can do extremely well."
Alain Martinez, the CFO of the company, also pointed out that preorders are not the indication of the sales of "Watch Dogs 2". He also talked about the company's effort to provide for new content updates that will support the game. He also pointed out that the feedbacks of fans are also crucial to help the game become successful long after its release.
