The LG V20 is reportedly considered as an alternative to the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 analogous to each other in terms of specs. The V20 is said to have a long battery life with a removable battery as well as excellent dual cameras and a clear display.
Both the LG V20 and the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 feature the same 5.7 inch display, dual cameras, Android 7.0 Nougat and an additional always-on display. The LG phone kept the removable battery and microSD for expandable memory. The LG is also said to be durable, having passed the military drop tests. Furthermore, the metal case it uses is similar to that in planes.
The LG V20 includes a USB-C, headphone jack and fingerprint reader. The LG V20 is also said to be larger than the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 and the first non-Google device to ship with the latest Android OS out of the box for multi-window support, improved battery life, quick app switching, among others. The V20 runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, with 4GB RAM, 64GB storage expandable for up to 2TB and 3,200mAh battery, Mashable reported.
The always-on display on the LG V20 is said to be as vibrant and colorful as the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 with 513 ppi. The V20 also comes with 32 bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC. In terms of the camera, the V20 features an 8MP 135-degree ultra-wide angle lens as well as a 16MP wide-angle shooter and a 5MP front camera.
