A new mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, entitled "Here There Be Monsters", introduces nine massive monsters.
The new mod, as the developer notes, “adds nine massive boss monsters that prowl the Ghost sea. They are based off of various world myths regarding sea monsters. There are also three ship captains that can be hired, three survivors in the docks, and an expert monster hunter for hire. Talking to the survivors will lead you on a quest that will pit you up against each of these monsters.”
The aforementioned monsters include Karkinos, the Great Crab of Learna, Ymir, Father of Frost Giants, and Tiamiat, the ever-popular Babylonian Chaos Monster. The author has added lairs to each monster location, and has also warned that there are currently a few persistent bugs that the devs are dealing with in the quest and players will be required to kill the monsters in the order described by the quest.
Interested players need to note that the quest is not voiced as of yet, and anybody who downloads the mod will need to turn the subtitles on. Download the mod here.
