The hype for the Kingdom Hearts 3 relase date has started to get high again after spoilers for the upcoming storyline and merchandise packaging was leaked online via twitter. The merchandise will not be released in the US market until January 30, 2017 but all thanks to the twitter poster ArikaMiz, we have had a glimpse of the packaging and the spoilers that come with it.
Kingdom Hearts 3 is the eleventh game in the installment and, as its name suggests, it is the third game in the sequel. Gamers have been waiting for a long time for an update for this highly anticipated game and now, we finally have a much needed update for this PS4 and Xbox One game.
The gameplay for Kingdom Hearts 3 is basically the same as its predecessors according to their director, Tetsuya nomura. One addition that he mentioned is how the game will use Unreal Engine 4. This is the newest action RPG that was developed by the gaming giant, Square Enix. It currently has no official release date but it is expected to arrive sometime in January 2017.
In the spoilers of Kingdom Hearts 3 posted on twitter, the story will feature a younger Sora who grows up into an adventurous young man. He is on amission to gather the seven guardians of the light. The guardians involve characters like King Mickey and Riku. In Kingdome Hearts 3, Sora will be accompanied by his sidekicks Goofy and Donald Duck.
The fans will be excited to learn that Sora and his friends will be fighting against Master Xehanort in Kingdom Hearts 3. They have to finish this quest in order for them to prevent the other KeyBlade War.
Kingdom Hearts 3 will be joined by new characters as well. Aside from Riku, Donald Duck, King Mickey, Master Eraqus, Master Xehanort and Goofy, they will be joined by new characters like Baymax, Rapunzel and also a character from Hercules. In the latest twitter leak, the merchandise box mentioned that character and never-before- seen worlds from Disney will be featured.
More details can be found on twitter but developers are actually still in the development phase for Kingdom Hearts 3. There has been no official Kingdom Hearts 3 release date yet but the merchandise will be out in the market by January next year.
Sources say that only the official storyline will be launched together with the merchandise but, fans are hoping that the Kingdom Hearts 3 release date will be announced at that time as well.
