The news that Google hired Noah Falstein as its “Chief Game Designer, one of the early employees at Lucas Entertainment, got us thinking about what kind of games would work best on Google Glass.
Of course, there's Google's own Ingress, an augmented reality game MMOG that started last November and is currently in closed beta, which is developed by NianticLabs@Google. Ingress is like Call of Duty's Domination mode, except with a lot more areas to dominate.
Everyone remembers the amazing Battlefield concept video from about a year ago, and if you don't, watch it below. In it, a guy wearing Google Glass enters an abandoned area and plays Battlefield against the computer. Except, the computer opponents look like real people.
Then there's this exercise game concept. In it, Google Glass is used to keep track of an exercise routine, describe workouts and display information like heart rate.
Target App imagines using a bow and arrow to shoot virtual targets.
Who are we kidding? You know Google Glass will be like this instead.
