Fallout: New Vegas developer Obsidian Entertainment has something in the pipeline, and following Bethesda's non-Fallout announcement, we can't help but be a bit curious if maybe, just maybe, it's a new Fallout game. The developer has a job listing on their site for a level designer to work with the company on "a unique next generation game."
Nothing specific is mentioned about the game, but it definitely rings familiar to fans of the Fallout legacy. Responsibilities for the job include desiging "game content - quests, NPCs, items, puzzles, et al," hallmarks of the Fallout franchise. The ideal candidate must also have a "love of computer and console role-playing and action games," two genres the series has blended together.
Obsidian also has a number of other positions open for work on a "next generation game," but those listings details are equally scarce on the game's fine points.
This coupled with Three Dog voice actor Erik Todd Dellum's tweet teasing the DJ's return has our hopes high.
