For almost three months now, Niantic has been testing a new nearby tracker for "Pokemon GO." Ever since the start of the game, "Pokemon GO" players has been requesting of a proper "Pokemon GO" tracker. Could this be what everyone has been waiting for?
'Pokemon GO' Broken Tracker
Back in August, a new sighting bar was added into the "Pokemon GO." From footprints to grasses, however it didn't really made any significant difference to "Pokemon GO's" in app tracking system.
First, off it started with the footprints just like what is stated above, the only difference is, before the glitch of automatically having 3 footprints for every Pokemon. It actually gives the "Pokemon GO" trainer an idea if you are walking into the right direction or not based on the number of footprints. In the past, it seems that this redesign of tall grasses is used to differentiate the appearance of what "Pokemon GO's" creators Niantic labs is beta testing in San Francisco, California.
'Pokemon GO' Nearby Tracker
Fast forward today, "Pokemon GO" just announced that the beta nearby tracker is now ready to be used and will be made to different areas in the US aside from San Francisco. The new "Pokemon GO" Nearby Tracker will be made available in Arizona, Washington State and cities around the San Francisco area.
Trainers in parts of Arizona, the Seattle area of Washington state, and the rest of the SF Bay area can now test the Nearby Pokémon feature.
