The recently ended NBA 2016 preliminary bouts between the Golden State Warriors and Oklahoma City Thunder did not end well for Russel Westbrook. Claims of being tossed around by his former team buddy, Kevin Durant has surfaced as well.
In the hands of their former teammate Kevin Durant, the Warriors now has 4 straight wins and 1 loss while the Thunder is now drop 4-1, according to Stuff. This has been Westbrook' s poorest performance yet in this conference with 20 points only.
For Stephen Curry, he contributed 21 points and 18 for Klay Thompson and for Durant, he drops a steaming 39 points with seven 3 pointers marks as one of the most scored points against his former team next to Stephon Marbury in 2000.

Before the so called NBA "grudge game" started, the Thunder point guard Russel Westbrook wore a fluorescent vest which states "official photographer" in it. Also, talking with striking words while walking because one of the hobbies of Durant was photography, as reported by ESPN .

It can be seen that there has been a changed of attitude by Westbrook since Durant has agreed to be traded to Golden State Warriors. Durant and Westbrook's closeness when they were still teammates is contrary to what Russel is showing to Durant right now after signing a deal with the Warriors.
Due to a superb performance by the Warriors, there has been rumors about an arising conflict between the former NBA MVP Kevin Durant teammate against the splash brothers Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry. Since both were used to lead the team and having all the attention on them, rumors of tensions are rumored to occur any time soon. Also, since Durant is deemed as the new man in their team, his explosiveness outshines the two superstar, but this rumor has already been debunked.
The end result of the game between the Golden State Warriors and the Oklahoma City Thunder ended in a defeat. The next NBA game of the Warriors will be against the Los Angeles Lakers on November 4, 2016.
