"The Originals" Season 4 is set witness the forthcoming marriage of Caroline to Stefan. Based on reports, the latest event brings some impact to the sister series "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8.
The fans of "The Originals" have reportedly been waiting for a Klaroline reunion after Camille's death in Season 3. With reports confirming that Leah Pipes will no longer return to the new season, there are speculations that Klaus would have a new love interest in the presence of Caroline Forbes, his strongest crush for a thousand years. However, Stefan Salvatore proposes marriage to Caroline. But since the wedding has not taken place yet, the fans are still hoping that something may happen to the Salvatore family.
Meantime, based on the previous "The Vampire Diaries", Stefan already died following his blissful marriage to Elena. While the TV series has opted for a different direction altogether, Stefan never really had a happy ending. In fact, actor Paul Wesley reportedly foresaw his character's death during the show's last season.
Given that, there are speculations that Caroline and Stefan will unlikely to have a happy ending, with Klaus having revealed to Caroline his intention to be his last love. "The Originals" Season 4 is expected to feature an entire new side of Klaus as he discovers his new self as Hope's father, Bustle reported.
Meanwhile, rumors claim that the upcoming season will be the end of the series, which was reportedly a spin-off of the popular "The Vampire Diaries." However, there has been no confirmation yet regarding the alleged cancellation of the CW series.
"The Originals" Season 4 is set to feature a five-year time leap from the time when things were left during the last season. Hope, the daughter of Haley and Klaus, is now a young girl and is rumored to be a powerful vampire. Know as the breaker of the norm, Hope is a must watch character, as rumors suggest that she is going to be Klaus' salvation and redemption in the new season, according to report.
