Some reports cited that "Scream Queens" Season 2 Episode 5 will be more intense and breathtaking. TV Line shared a behind-the-scenes interview with Kristie Alley's Nurse Hoffel. The diva said that she'd like to see her character be completely different than the usual. She also commented that if this happens, for her, it will definitely be fun to play.
As these statements been noted, some reports assumed that Nurse Hoffel can be Greenie Meanie, the new serial killer in "Scream Queens" Season 2 Episode 5. Speculations pointed out the character to be the murderer. She was said to be spying on people and usually in contrast with Chanel.
