Rayman Legends from Ubisoft is officially set to arrive for Nintendo’s Wii U following a much decried delay so the game could come out at the same time as the version on the PS 3 and Xbox 360. However, a brand-new listing from a Spanish online retailer indicates the super cute platformer could also arrive for Sony’s PlayStation Vita.
The listing was recently put up by FNAC Spain, fueling speculation that Ubisoft’s Rayman Legends could be arriving on the PlayStation Vita. However, there’s no box art or price details yet, and so there is a chance it might simply be a placeholder, in case the game is eventually announced for Sony’s handheld.
FNAC Spain, if fans remember, was credited in the past for accurate posts about the Jak & Daxter Collection on PlayStation Vita, as well as The Last of Us delay, and so there might be some weight behind this new listing. However we will wait for Ubisoft to confirm the title is coming to the handheld.
Rayman Legends was originally coming exclusively for the Wii U, but Ubisoft said earlier this year that the game would come to the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 as well. All three versions of the game are currently set for a Sept. 27 release.
All three versions of the game are set to introduce new levels and enemies, with the Online Challenges mode already free on the Wii U.
