Avid fans of the "Pokemon" Nintendo 3DS gaming franchise will be happy with the latest news. "Pokemon Sun and Moon" can be pre-ordered from Amazon at a special discounted rate.
"Pokemon Sun and Moon" is nearing its launch date with many gamers placing advance orders for the highly anticipated Nintendo 3DS game. Some stores may have offered special bundles that included both gaming titles at a reasonable rate. A latest report highlighted a special pre-order discount available on the online store Amazon.
Gamers can opt to buy a hard copy of the "Pokemon Sun" or "Pokemon Moon" on Amazon with a special 2 percent discount, according to IGN. Originally listed at $40, Amazon slashed $8 off from the two gaming titles' pre-order price.
The discount is available to all consumers, even online customers without an Amazon Prime membership, as indicated in the said report. However, the said cost does not include potential shipping charges.
Other Pokemon-related merchandise that Amazon offers includes a cute stuffed toy of the iconic character Pikachu. Known as the adorable mascot of the Nintendo 3DS game, the Pikachu plushie can be purchased from Amazon for less than $10.
In other news, gamers who pre-ordered a digital copy of the "Pokemon Sun and Moon" games via the Nintendo 3DS online shop will be able to download the game ahead of its release, according to Techno Buffalo. Players can opt to transfer the pre-ordered gaming title to their 3DS devices, however, it will remain locked until its official launch date.
Some gamers may also need to upgrade their respective SD cards to accommodate a digital copy of the upcoming Nintendo 3DS game. With its 3.2GB file size, players will need to allot more than 4GB for the "Pokemon Sun" or "Pokemon Moon" game and its save file.
