There's a lot to expect from the historically based TV series, "Reign" when it hits the small screens in 2017. In the next chapter of Mary's life, the storyline will follow Mary's life in Scotland, where she would gather all her strength and wits to rule a country she left at six years old.
In Scotland, Mary will meet new friends, just as she did back in France. For one, Bash, the illegitimate brother of Francis, Mary's former husband, has become a very good friend in the previous seasons of "Reign". Mary knows that she could count on Bash just about anything.
However, in a report by TV Line, Torrance Coombs, who played Bash, will not be appearing in "Reign" Season 4. Adelaide Kane, in an interview expressed her disappointment at Bash's departure in the show.

A lot of reports have stated that Bash will be killed in "Reign" Season 4 by Mary's cousin, Queen Elizabeth. However, the production team has not really revealed how Bash would exit the series. Other reports have claimed that Bash does not have any role in Scotland.

In a previous report by Gamenguide, Mary is to be married to Lord Darnely. Lord Darnely is of royal blood who has a right to the English throne. However, his arrogance get in the way of his marriage with Mary. Fortunately, his marriage with Mary ended after he was killed.
With her newly found self confidence, reports have claimed that Mary will be the one to kill Lord Darnely in "Reign" Season 4. However, there are no confirmed reports yet.
