Nintendo of America tweeted Monday to prepare the internet for another Nintendo Direct online stream, this time focusing on the portable 3DS, presumably leaving out any Wii U announcements for another day. The stream is expected to go live on Wednesday at 7:00 am PST, so expect to wake up to some North American 3DS news. All Nintendo Direct conferences stream directly to the Nintnedo Direct page and the Wii U Miiverse.
Looking at the 3DS release schedule for the rest of the year, chances are we'll get some new info or gameplay on some of a number of titles - "Animal Crossing: New Leaf," "LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins," "Donkey Kong Country Returns," "Mario Golf: World Tour," "Mario & Luigi: Dream Team" and virtual console "Mega Man" releases are all on their way. But of course, these Nintendo Direct mini-conferences have held a number of surprising announcements in the past. So, you never know.
