Thanks to the itch to catch up before the gaming year ends, mobile game "Pokemon GO" is providing steady flow of leaks and official information about the upcoming Nintendo 3DS title "Pokemon Sun and Moon."
One that caused much "Pokemon Sun and Moon" stir is a Japanese trailer where the final form of Picachu-evolved Raichu was shown. Honestly, Picachu's Alola form is a lot cuter than grumpy Raichu. It has darker skin compared to orange-ish Raichu. Think of light brownish with accents of yellow and white.
So what could this "Pokemon Sun and Moon" Raichu Alola form capable of? Logically, Alola forms are much powerful compared to basic and evolved forms. Metro poster described Alola Raichu as formidable creature with electric and psychic powers. He also surfs in his surge tail to give him advantage of gliding.
According to Gamezone, Alola Raichu is not the only creature that has potential to make headers for "Pokemon Sun and Moon" but there are new Meowth, fish Pokemon and a Sandcastle monster. Remember that this title is not out until Nov 23 so there will be tons more leaks and updates before Nintendo's D-day. In fact, players are lucky that apart from English trailers, Japanese versions are sometimes ahead to show.
"Pokemon Sun and Moon" is not leaning on collecting as much monsters but combat instead. This led to birth of new breed of bad guys called Team Skull. These derelicts are gangsters that Alola Meowth is in alliance with. Marowak was also teased in his Alola form but there is a gray are yet about which side he will lineup with.
So, getting bored with "Pokemon GO?" it is probably a high time to prepare for "Pokemon Sun and Moon" by checking Japanese sites like 4chan or magazine CoroCoro so that you can plan ahead. Who knows if you might be able to get hold of monsters like Pyukumuku, Morelull or Wishiwashi?
