Tim Tebow has had a rollercoaster so far as far as his career in sports is concerned. After starting out the NFL he is now trying to try his luck in the MLB. It is a rare situation though not many are giving him a chance to climb up to the majors.
Presumably, Tim Tebow is pretty much aware of that too. But right now, he doesn’t seem to be concerned about making it in baseball or not. It is all about trying to make a difference and follow what he wants to do. In the end, it is about following your heart and trying to see up to where you can go.
Tebow bombed out of the NFL and many told him he was not good enough. With the Scottsdale Scorpions, he has been singled out as someone who is a poor hitter and at the rate, he is going, he will be getting the same kind of flak he got when he was playing pro football, Fox Sports reported.
Nevertheless, the preacher in Tim Tebow has come out when he was interviewed by Stephen A. Smith on First Take as reported by USA Today. Rather than take exception, he comes up with an inspirational speech. In all, he singled out how dreams are based on a person’s heart and not on chances.
From a perspective, Tim Tebow made have inadvertently mocked back at Smith and bashers who have taken exception on his move with the New York Mets. He may have been signed for the business side of things.
But years from now, he can easily say that he tried to live his dreams – obviously better than not being given a shot, win or lose. Tim Tebow may not have a fruitful future in baseball or football but he will be remembered of handling the criticism with a lot of class.
