After several months of waiting, Apple finally released its MacBook Pro 2016 model at the recently held event last October 27. Apple has been working with the MacBook Pro 2016 for a long time and looking at the improved and advance specs of the device, Apple's hard-work really paid off.
According to a report from Mirror, Apple released the MacBook Pro 2016 in two different models: the 13-inch and the 15-inch. The internal upgrades of the laptop are stunning. It has a sixth-generation Core i7 processor, ATI Radeon Pro graphics card with up to 4GB of RAM, up a 2TB SDD which Apple claims that is 50% faster than the previous models and the 15-inch model comes with 16GB of RAM.
The MacBook Pro 2016's OLED touch screen did not disappoint the fans with the things it can do. According to a report from BGR, the new feature is placed on the upper part of the keyboard and it replaces the row of function keys of the previous models. The OLED touch screen will provide different functionality depending on the app you're using, be it Safari, Apple Maps, Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop and many more.
The MacBook Pro 2016 has two USB Type-C/Thunderbolt 3 ports that are located on the left and right sides of the device, so there are four in total. The device also has a 3.5mm headphone jack that is placed on the right side as well. Apple says the USB Type-C/Thunderbolt 3 ports can pass signals through adapters to DisplayPort, Gigabit Ethernet, HDMI, Thunderbolt 1/2, PCIe, USB, and VGA devices.
All of the USB Type-C/Thunderbolt 3 works with the included AC adapter to easily charge the laptop. One clean feature is that the MacBook Pro 2016 will drive two 5K displays simultaneously with the Retina display.
