Kevin Smith gave his fans a brief upgrade on what went down amid the main shooting day of the "Supergirl" scene he is directing.
In light of a tweet from a "Supergirl" team , Smith said that the scene's first day of taping had been so much fun. "I had a fabulous time on @TheCWSupergirl CatCo set today!" Smith wrote on the online networking website on Wednesday, Oct. 26. "Tomorrow it's all DEO activity and my first day shooting the cape and costume!!!"
Around the same time, Smith additionally took to Instagram to share a photograph of him from the CatCo set. "Simply wrapped Day One on the scene of @supergirlcw I'm directing! Presently I get the opportunity to kick back and get up to speed with the news... #KevinSmith #supergirl #supergirlseason2," he inscribed the photo, in which he's seen holding a Daily Planet daily paper.

Smith is directing Season 2, scene 9, titled "Supergirl Lives," which is a gesture to the wiped out "Superman Lives" motion picture that he composed.

Plot insights about the scene are being kept under wraps, yet in an Instagram post-Smith shared a week back, he wrote that his "Supergirl" directorial debut is "loaded with profound cuts characters" from some of his most loved stories in the DC Comics standard.
