A lot of fans are starting to wonder what "The Originals" Season 4 would be like once the show comes back to the small screen. According to reports, the production team is said to be focusing on the horror element of the series and the upcoming first episode will be pretty exciting.
It is also reported that Julie Plec, the executive producer of the CW series and "The Vampire Diaries," revealed that the team is currently working hard to bring out the best of the franchise. The American television producer and writer also confirmed that a crossover between the two CW television series is highly possible.

According to Spoiler TV, the said monster will come out during episode 7 of "The Originals" Season 4. If rumors prove to be true, the crossover between "The Originals" and "The Vampire Diaries" will most likely happen during the appearance of the "monster at large."
According to a report by Variety, the writers of the upcoming "The Originals" Season 4 have gotten some inspiration from the popular novelist Stephen King. Julie Plec revealed that most of the show's writers are big fanatics of King and fans can expect the storyline of Season 4 to be quite similar to how the author created his stories.
"We've attacked this season from that point of view," Plec said. "How can we create a culture of fear within this New Orleans environment and then slowly over the course of a long run really identify the monster at large."
